1. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that Earlier petitioner, namely Manjula died leaving a Will dated 22.04.2024. As per the said Will, the present petitioner is the representative of the said Manjula.

2. Petitioner to state about the Will of the Manjula and annex the copy of the said Will and grant as well as take steps to amend the capacity of the petitioner in view of Section 211 and 213 of the IS Act, 1925. Petitioner to clarify the capacity of the petitioner to pursue the petitioner, properly.
