An affidavit of service of Mr. Sanjay J. Dhamapurkar, Bailiff and Clerk attached to the office of the Sheriff of Mumbai, indicates that the postal article is returned with the remark 'unclaimed'.

Reissue citation to the heir mentioned at Sr. No3, returnable on 10 January 2025.

The Petitioner shall have the liberty to serve the non-consenting heirs by email and file an affidavit of service.
