1. Perused Petition which is filed on-line. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by the Petitioner Arpit Jyoti Kumar, being the sole Executor named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Satish Manilal Mehta Alias Satishkumar Manilal Mehta, said to have died at Mumbai on 31.08.2022. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. Identification proof of the deceased viz. Copy of Adhaar Card is annexed to the Petition.

2. Ms. Pranita Mokal i, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind him last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 24.05.2022. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ms. Pranita Mokal, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act 1956. Advocate for petitioners submits that the parents of deceased have predeceased the deceased. The deceased have two daughters and one son. Save and except as mentioned in para -8, there are no other legal heirs left by the deceased.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. Consent Affidavits of wife, two daughters and son of the deceased as mentioned in para 8 of the petition are on record. ....2
