P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mitali Mangesh Maskeri, who is Daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Ramdas Mangesh Maskeri, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 05.06.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Voter ID is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of the deceased predeceased the deceased, died on 09.01.1983. The Son of the deceased namely Mangesh Ramdas Maskeri died on 30.12.2023. Deceased was survived by one daughter-in-law and one grand-son. Daughter-in-law petitioner herein and grandson has given his consent in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 30.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.04.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
