TP/1409/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Siddharth Desai a/w. Suyash Kalbhor i/b. Amreen Karimi, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Rashmi Chandrakant Gohel and Aasha Dharmesh Gohel both being mother and widow of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Dharmesh Chandrakant Gohel died intestate at Mumbai on 28.09.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by mother, widow and one minor daughter. Out of them mother and widow are petitioners herein. Petitioner No. 2 is being mother and natural guardian of minor daughter has given consent on her behalf. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 07.08.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
