Petitioner to file affidavit of attesting witness to the Will, regarding addition/correction, vide Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 as suggested as per the Note given under Form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.

Petitioner to file affidavit of attesting witness to the Will, regarding fact about the read over and explain the contents of the Will to deceased, vide Rule 419 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 as suggested as per the Note given under Form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.
