Called for Compliance While finalising the grant pursuant to the order dated 2.7.2024 it has been observed that in the title it is mentioned as "petition for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities". While at para no. 9 and at prayer clause and schedule which is annexed to the petition it is mentioned as "debts and securities".

Advocate for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to carry out correction into the title of the petition as adding a word "debts" which will be read as "debts and security". Advocate for petitioner will carry out correction in the entire petition and he will upload the corrected version. He request that reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner is allowed to carry out correction in the entire petition forthwith and upload the corrected version. Reverification is dispensed with.
