Petitioner to rectify the administration bond and execute is for the gross amount as per form No. 118 read with Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

Furthermore, correct the total amount shown in the Schedule-I of the petition and re-upload the issuance Notice to Collector.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, at this juncture moved a praecipe for amendment in the schedule-I of the petition. Read praecipe dated 25.06.2024, petitioner is willing the carryout an amendment in Schedule-I of the petition as per praecipe. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. The amendment be initialed by Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Re verification is dispensed with. Hence, adjourned.
