1. Perused Petition which is filed online. Heard Ld. Advocate for Petitioners. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by Petitioners Tanu Harjyot Nagpal and Jasvinder Singh Bajaj being the Executrix/Executor named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Gurmeet Kaur Nagpal alias Gurmeet Kaur, said to have died at Mumbai on 21.03.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the Petition. For identification proof of the deceased, copy of Aadhar Card is annexed to the Petition.

2. Ms. Chheda, Advocate for Petitioners submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed and registered at Mumbai on 02.03.2022. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ms. Chheda, Advocate for Petitioners submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act 1956. It is submitted that the husband of the deceased, Inderjit Singh Nagpal predeceased the deceased on 16.12.2016 and Exhibit - D to the Petition is the copy of his death certificate. The son of the deceased, Harjyot Singh Nagpal pre-deceased the deceased on 29.10.2020, leaving behind his mother, wife and minor son. Exhibit - E to the Petition is the copy of death certificate of

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) son of the deceased, Harjyot Singh Nagpal. There are no other sons or daughters of the deceased. Save and except as mentioned in para - 5, there are no other legal heirs and next of kin left by the deceased.

4. Petitioners' Oath are filed. Consent Affidavits of three daughter and son of the pre-deceased son of the deceased as mentioned in para - 5 are on record. Affidavits of Harveen B. Arora and Ankur M. Sethi, both the attesting witnesses to the Will are filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All the Affidavits are also filed online. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate as prayed after verifying whether any Cross Petition or Caveat is filed.
