1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to comply Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980, in respect of the date of the Will. Petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the value of gross amount and for that purpose correct the existing bond and such correction shall be counter singed by the petitioner, surety and notary. Thereafter, such bond shall be reuploaded.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to file additional affidavit of the attesting witness for compliance of Rule 383, in respect of that addition of that date of the Will.
