(ECHCBM02011452 024) WITH WILL/581/2024 P.C.: 1. Perused Petition which is filed on-line. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by the Petitioner Narendra Parmanand Lillaney being one of the executors named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Parmanand Hollaram Lillaney, said to have died at Mumbai on 12.04.2023. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. Identification proof of the deceased viz. Copy of Pan Card is annexed to the Petition.

2. Ms. Namrata Rayate, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind him last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 02.05.2015. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ms. Namrata Rayate, Advocate for the Petitioners submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act 1956. It is submitted that the parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Save and except as mentioned in para - 9, there are no other legal heirs left by the deceased. ....2

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. The other executor ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Shyam Aritmal Lilani has filed his Affidavit dated (ECHCBM02011452 024) WITH WILL/581/2024 09.01.2024 renouncing his rights as executor. Consent Affidavits of wife and two daughters of the deceased as mentioned in para - 9 of the petition are on record. Affidavit of Neelam Parmanand Lillaney, one of the attesting witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. Affidavits are filed on-line. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.
