Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that this matter was supposed to be listed on 09.07.2024 board as in CIS next date of hearing is mentioned as 09.07.2024 and in order dated 26.06.2024 next date of hearing is mentioned as "14.08.2024". Hence, matter may be taken up.

I called the daily board of 26.06.2024. It appears that the date was written as "03.07.2024" however, it is typed as "14.08.2024" Hence, the said date is required to be corrected and accordingly I have corrected the date as "09.07.2024". However, now the boards for this week are published and therefore the it would be proper to list the petition in the next week. Hence, adjourned.
