Advocate for the petitioner submits that registry raised query as relation of the petitioner with the deceased is not mentioned in the cause title of the petition. Advocate for the petitioner request permission to carry out the correction into the petition and reverification may be dispensed with. Advocate for the petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction and upload the corrected version within two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. Time to issue citation is extended by two weeks and to comply the necessary direction.
