1. Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take steps in the matter, as per the earlier Order and to comply the requisitions as provisions of the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, time is granted and thus the petition is adjourned for the steps.
