TP/1529/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Chinmay Gupte, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Ganesh Swaminathan being son of deceased. Deceased namely Jayalakshmi Swaminathan died intestate at Mumbai on 15.01.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by only one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 12.06.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heirs of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
