Ms. Jyoti Badgujar i/b S U Lakdawala Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner 1.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in para no. 2 of the Order dated 27.06.2024, instead of amendment in schedule-I of the petition, amendment in administration bond is mentioned. Hence, it may be corrected.

2.

I have gone through the praecipe dated 19.06.2024 along with the petition and Schedule-I of the petition. In paragraph No. 7 of the petition the value of the estate of the deceased is mentioned as "Rs. 1,03,950.00 (Rupees One Lakhs Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty only)" whereas in the schedule-I of the petition, the value of the estate of the deceased is mentioned as "51,900.00" I have perused the administration Bond, filed by the petitioner. In the said administration Bond, the petitioner has mentioned the value of the Estate of the deceased as "Rs. 1,03,950.00 (Rupees One Lakhs Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty only)". 3.

Hence, amount in the schedule-I of the petition is required to be corrected. Hence, Order passed in respect of the amendment in the administration Bond is not required to be complied by the petitioner. Instead of the said direction, the petitioner is permitted to amend the value of the

estate of the deceased in the Schedule-I of the petition, as prayed in the praecipe. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Considering the age of the petitioner, re-verification is dispensed with, subject to condition that the petitioner shall filed an affidavit confirming the amendment in the schedule-I of the petition. Upon filing of such affidavit, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment, if the petition is pending.

3.

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 27.06.2024 will remain as it is.
