1. Perused the Petition. While finalizing the grant office has raised objection, how married daughter can apply for family pension. Hence, the present petition is placed on today's board.

2. Advocate for petitioner submits that inadvertently they incorporated the word married daughter in para 4 of the petition, which is required to be correct as "Daughter of the deceased, who is Spinster". Advocate for petitioner request to carry out the said correction forthwith. The said request is accepted.

3. Advocate for petitioner is directed to carry out said correction in para no. 4 of the petition forthwith and upload the corrected version of the petition.
