1. Read praecipe dated 09.09.2024 by which Ld. Advocate for petitioner submitted that amendment in pursuance of the order dated 19.08.2024 has been carried out. Upon perusal of the petition it appears that in para no. 8, petitioner has made an averment about the earlier challan of Rs. 5,980/- paid in earlier petition no. 2327/2023. In view of the said amendment, office to proceed to issue the grant as per the Bombay High Court (O.S) Rules, 1980 and as per the Section 23 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958. Office to put necessary endorsement about the Court fee and proceed further.
