1. Read praecipe dated 03.12.2024, heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, petitioner seeks permission to amend the schedule and to give details of the articles found in the locker mentioned at serial no. 267 of the schedule-I of the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that as per the inventory of the locker carried out vide an order of the Hon'ble Court these articles are found which are mentioned in the praecipe. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Re-verification is dispensed with.

3. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
