This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Tushar Durganand Phene being son of deceased. Deceased namely Tara Durganand Phene died intestate at Mumbai on 25.01.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.05.2028 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
