1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. By an order dated 04.02.2025 the Hon'ble Court has dispensed with the objection raised by the Registry that since the Will is in existence, how the petition is maintainable. The averments to that effect is at para 3 of the petition.

2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rekha Mahendra Parekh, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Mahendra B. Parekh, said to be died at U.S.A on 24.04.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of passport is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and two daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner and all legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.05.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.05.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR 21.07.2025
