Ld. advocate for the petitioner by this praecipe, requested to issue a letter to the Bank, named therein, to furnish details of the locker(s) standing in the names of the deceased, which has/have been maintained with the bank, as in spite of her efforts, the bank is not responding to finish details. For the reasons stated in the praecipe, it is accepted that unless, bank share the locker number, which is maintained with the said bank(s), the petitioner is not able to seek from the Hon'ble Court for inventory of the locker.

Hence, the department is directed issue the letter(s) to the concern Bank(s), named in the praecipe, to give locker number(s) of the locker(s) which are standing in the names of the deceased, namely Leela Narayan Kutty.
