1. Ld. Advocate for Petitioner states that Petitioner is ready and willing to deposit an amount, which is bequeathed to Ramesh Kalan, as referred in the para-No. 14(f) of the Will. Hence, the petitioner moved a praecipe to deposit the said amount with the office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master.

Petitioner is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, to comply with the condition mentioned in para-No. 14(f) of the Will of the Testator (i.e. payment of sum of Rs. 5,00,000/-to Ramesh Kalan) on or before next appointed date with the C. S. Department of office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master. Upon depositing the same, C S Department of office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master may pass necessary directions regarding the investment of the above sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- as per the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980 and pratice untill further order in this regard.

Upon deposition of said amount, further necessary endorsement may be made in the proceeding / CIS.
