Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has submitted copy of the additional affidavit of the petitioner. He further submits that he has uploaded the affidavit in the portal. In view of this submission and upon perusal of the photocopy of an affidavit, I proceed further.

Upon perusal of this affidavit, it appears that the one of the legatee under the Will, namely Hemangi Bankar, is died on 28.07.2024 as a unmarried. However, petitioner is not aware about the legal heirs of the deceased. Hence, the petitioner is willing to deposit the amount of the legacy given to the said Legatee for the legal heirs of the said Legatee, if any. Hence, submission is accepted. 3.

The petitioner is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lacs Only) with the CS office of the Hon'ble Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Original Side, Bombay. Upon receipt of amount, the CS office to invert the same as per the practice and Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 till further order, in this regard. Petitioner to give an under taking that she will inform the legal heirs, about the deposit of the legacy.
