Advocate for petitioners seeks leave to correct the place of death from "Mumbai" to "Thane". The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out the said corrections within twelve weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner re-upload the corrected petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Meena Javant Shah and Sameer Rajan Pathare being mother and husband of deceased. Deceased namely Chaitali Sameer Pathare died intestate at Thane on 06.12.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.
2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by mother, husband and one daughter. Out of them mother and husband are petitioners herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.
3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.04.2024 and Administration Bond dated 16.07.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
