Advocate for the petitioner. Matter is adjourned. Ld. Advocate for the intervenor submitted that he has uploaded the caveat in the petition and he has annexed the copy of receipt, downloaded from the website. Hence, the office to verify the fact. Ld. Advocate to ensure that the document is properly uploaded as per the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.
