Mazgaonkar submitted that office informed him that caveat is under process and there are some discrepancies in the said caveat until it is removed or complied with, caveat will not be visible. He further submitted that office informed that due to technical issue with the portal, the said caveat will visible of Monday.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner pointed out order dated 31.07.2024 in which department was directed to comply the order dated 03.07.2024. Hence, considering these submissions by both Ld.
