It appears that in a caveat, the Hon'ble Prothonotary and Senior Master has passed a conditional order and thereby directed the Caveator to remove the office requisition within the time limit and failing to which the caveat to be dismissed. However, office has not dismissed the caveat. 2.

Office orally informed that the Ld. advocate for the petitioner has taken out an Interim Application in the caveat to dismiss it for the reasons to be recorded in the said Application. It is submitted that said application is listed before the Hon'ble Court for the hearing. Hence, the office to take steps as per the Rules.
