Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The praecipe is moved for seeking to dispense the office requisition to take steps about the inventory of the locker. 4.
The petitioner is the widow of the deceased. The petitioner has filed Testamentary Petition for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of the deceased. The Department has called upon the petitioner to take steps about inventory of the locker.

The petitioner has asserted, inter alia that the locker at item No. 39 of Schedule I is with UCO Bank Branch at Borivali D.A.ETHAPE
TP-1635-2015.doc and was standing in the name of the deceased and the petitioner and thus, the petitioner has access to the items of the locker. The petitioner has also made an averment that due and diligent search has been made for the Will (of the deceased) but none has been found.

In view of the aforesaid averments in the petition and the claim of the petitioner that she has access to the locker, no Will has been found, the office requisition to take steps about the inventory of the locker stands dispensed with. 7.
The Department to process the petition for issue of grant. 8.
Praecipe disposed of.
