Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that she has uploaded affidavit of service online having document no. EDHCBM02369512024.

Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 03.07.2024. heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. She submits that mother of the deceased died on 16.04.2024. Therefore, her name is required to be deleted. She further submitted that mother of the deceased died leaving behind her legal heirs as stated in para no. 4 of the petition and there are no other legal heirs. Hence, upon relying her statement, praecipe is allowed. Re-verification is dispensed with, subject to the filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment or petitioner may verify the petition.

Petitioner to carryout an amendment in para no. 4 as suggested in the praecipe within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
