This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Leena Udayan Thackersey being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Udayan Zaverbhai Thackersey died intestate at Mumbai on 07.08.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that father of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by mother, widow and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
