This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Renuka Raju Chughshroff being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Amarlal Hoondraj Wadhwa died intestate at Mumbai on 20.10.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and remaining two daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 14.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 27.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
