1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that earlier petition having no. 925/2005 was filed by the petitioner for grant of Succession Certificate. He made available certified copy of the said petition as well as schedule-I annexed to the petition as ExhibitB. According to him the said petition was filed by the petitioner for the securities standing in the name of the deceased. He further submits that the present petition is filed for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the immovable property belonging to the deceased and it was not a part of the earlier petition. Hence, submission is accepted. Therefore, praecipe is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to carry out an amendment so as to explain these circumstance and petitioner is also permitted to annex the copy of the petition, having No.925/2005.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
