1. The pettiioner, namely Suresh Harichandra Kadam and Mahendra Harichandra Kadam, have filed the petition for the grant of Letters of Administration of the properties left by deceased, namely Sunanda Sakaram Kadam. The said deceased died on 11.11.2022. Sakharam, a husband of the deceased, is predeceased the deceasde on 22.09.1987. Hence, the petitioner to amend the Marital Status of the deceased.

2. The petitioner to explain the chain of inheritance as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and also aver facts of the persons, who are, in law, entitled to claim an inheritance vide Rule 389 of the Bombay High Court (O.

S.) Rules, 1980.
