Shabana Danish Khan (Married Daughter of the deceased) has filed her consent Affidavit and who is present before me, when order passed on 20.01.2025. But till date Advocate for non-consenting legal heir has not withdrawn her Caveat bearing no. CTS(L)/884/2025.

3. Office is directed is issue Notice to Advocate for non-consenting legal heir Mr. Kunal Jadhav to remain present on next adjourned dated.

4. List the matter on 21.02.2025.

5. Advocate for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to carry out correction in cause title of the petition, since the marital status is not mentioned in the petition. ....2
