TP/1668/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Pradip Kadam, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate petitioner submits that as per order for issuance of grant of Succession Certificate dated 20.01.2025 is passed. However, there was caveat being CTSL No. 884 of 2025 was filed by married daughter of deceased namely Shabana Danish Khan and the said Caveat has been withdrawn by the Caveator therein before the Hon'ble Court and the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass an order directing the Caveat is dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 26.03.2025 and further recorded that consent Affidavit has already been filed.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner further submits that there has been only one Caveat filed in this matter therefore, petition may be proceeded to issue grant as directed in the order dated 20.01.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid circumstance, office to issue Succession Certificate as per the order dated 20.01.2025 after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed 08.04.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
