Today Advocate for non consenting legal heir viz. Shabana Danish Khan is present alongwith Shabana Danish Khan. Shabana Danish Khan informs that she is not aware of Mr. Akash Bhogil i/b. Rohan M. Surve and she has not appointed Mr. Rohan M. Surve to appear on her behalf. Advocate Upadhyay Prince Kumar P K who appearing for Noorjahan Momin one of the legal heir is also present. Both the advocate for non consenting legal heirs submit that copies of the present petition is not served upon them.

Both the advocates undertakes to file their vakalatnama within one week. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he will serve copy of the petition to both the advocates for the non consenting legal heirs. List the matter on 09.09.2024.
