Today Mr. Danish Khan (husband of Shabana Khan) is present before me and he has tendered letter dated 13.11.2024 which was signed by one of the legal heirs viz. Noorjahan Mubarak Momin and Shabana Danish Khan. In the said letter they have requested for time as they are likely to engage an advocate through legal aid services. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has filed Judges Order for depositing the share of non consenting legal heirs. Advocate for the petitioner is directed to inform the concerned objectionist about the next date on which the matter will be listed before the Hon'ble Court. Mr. Danish Khan will give the details address as well as contact number to the Advocate for the petitioner so that the Advocate for the petitioner will inform the next date to him.
