1. Petitioner to correct the amount in administration bond and file same for gross amount as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 and re-upload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.

2. Petitioner to take steps to state about the legal heirs of the husband as pe the Section 15(1) (b) r/w Rule 3 of the Section 16 a/w Section 8 to 13 including agnates and cognates, if any, as per the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Furthermore, petitioner to take steps to state about the legal heirs as per the Rule 389 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.

3. Petitioner to satisfy the capacity as per the Will. Petitioner to explain about the other legal heirs of the deceased such as Tikamdas and Parasram, who are mentioned as brothers of the deceased. Hence, petitioner to make detailed averment as per the law. Hence, adjourned.
