TP/1696/2025 Ms. Pratiksha Koshe i/b. Mr. Divekar Bhagwat, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by three petitioners namely Bhargav Vamanrao Chhatrapati, Rohit Vamanrao Chhatrapati and Rekha Bhupendra Mehta nee Rekha Vamanrao Chhatrapati, who are sons and daughter of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Nirmal Vamanrao Chhatrapti, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 13.03.1991. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". As petitioner filed the Additional Affidavit dated 10.10.2024 for dispensation of the identification proof of the deceased.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that Husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter namely Daksha Vamanrao Chhatrapati expired on 29.04.2008 as spinster. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter, who all are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs. Leave to correct the para 4 of the petition i.e. legal heirs chart is granted forthwith.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.06.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Petitioners are the only surviving legal heirs hence, Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
