Advocate for Petitioner seeking extension of Succession Certificate and petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.11.2025 stating therein that Succession Certificate was granted to the petitioner herein in respect of securities belonging to the deceased namely Vasudeo Ananat Kamath which was issued on 12.08.2024.

In the said Affidavit, it is stated that after grant was issued petitioner has traced more securities in the name of deceased which are required to be inserted in the Schedule of the Succession Certificate hence, petitioner is seeking amendment to the petition to add the securities mentioned as per Exhibit - "C" to the said Affidavit. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within twelve weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to re-upload the amended petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court. Re-verification is dispensed with.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that as per para No. 4 of the petition, petitioner is sole surviving legal heirs therefore, Administration Bond is not require to file in the present matter. The maximum court fees of Rs.75,000/- has already been paid in this matter.

4. In view thereof, after the amendment is carried out in the Schedule as per Exhibit - "C" annexed to the Affidavit dated 13.11.2025, office to issue extension of grant for Succession Certificate on uploading of amended petition. 02.12.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
