TP/1716/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Amod H. Mulye, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Suresh Shripad Mavlankar being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Pratibha Suresh Mavlankar died intestate at Mumbai on 15.12.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by husband, two daughters and one son. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and the two daughters and son have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.06.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
