The petitioners have mentioned the daughter and son of the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3, respectively, as a legal heirs of the deceased. Hence, the petitioners to satisfy that in lifetime of the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3, how their daughter and son, can be legal heir of the deceased.

Hence, the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to take steps to amend the information about the legal heirs of the deceased, as per the personal laws, applicable to the deceased.
