1. Read praecipe dated 29.01.2025. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner seeks permission to mention the legal heirs of the deceased as per the Section 15(1) (b) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Petitioner to make an averment as per the Rule 3 of 16 along with 8 to 13 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded in the portal within 07 days from the date of amendment.
