Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petition is circulated for dispensing with the office objection to have the inventory of the locker maintained with the State Bank of India, Chandivali Branch, Mumbai. 3.

The petitioner has filed an additional affidavit. It is affirmed that the petitioner and the deceased were jointly holding the savings account and locker attached to the said account. The petitioner is aware of the contents of the locker. In view of the averments in the affidavit of the petitioner, the office requisition to have the inventory of the locker stands dispensed with.
