1. Perused Petition which is filed on-line. Heard Ld. Advocate for Petitioners. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by the Petitioners Devyani Yashwant Vasa and Manisha Nainesh Zaveri, being the Executrices named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Shubhada Yashwant Vasa alias Smt. Shubhada Y. Vasa, said to have died at Mumbai on 25.05.2023. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. For identification proof of the deceased, copy of Adhaar Card is annexed to the Petition.

2. Ms. Mandakini Kumari Sinh , Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed and registered at Mumbai on 11.01.2011 and 12.01.2011 respectively. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ms. Mandakini Kumari Sinh , Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act 1956. It is submitted that the parents and husband of the deceased per-deceased the deceased. The deceased was survived by one daughter and deceased son's wife and son. Save and except as mentioned in para -8, there are no other legal heirs left by the deceased.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. Consent Affidavits of wife of predeceased son and grandson as mentioned in para 8 of the petition are on record. Affidavit of Chhaya Killol Virani, one of the attesting witness to the Will is filed. All Affidavits are filed online. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.
