This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Govindji Gopalji Vador being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Seeta Govindji Vador died intestate at Mumbai on 24.09.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by husband, one son and one daughter. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and the son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
