Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 12.08.2024 and thereby seeks permission to delete the name of Neeta Kamble as she could not be legal heirs of he deceased as per Section 15(1) (a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, reverification is dispensed with. Petitioner to inform Neeta Kamble about deleting the name.
