1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 19.08.2024 and submitted that in order clause no. 1 of the order dated 12.08.2024 it is mentioned that "Petitioner to delete the name of Neeta Kamble". However, her name is "Neeta Kawale". Hence, same may be corrected.

2. As per the records, in order dated 12.08.2024 wherever the name of the "Neeta Kamble" is mentioned is corrected and be read as "Neeta Kavale".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 12.08.2024 will remain as it is.

4. Adjourned to already scheduled date i.e. 05.09.2024 19.08.2024 Officer on Special Duty, with Testamentary Department
