1. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. He submitted that the sister of the deceased died married and her husband was migrated to Australia, where he died. He submits that there was no other legal heirs to the Husband of the sister of the deceased and he will file such affidavit. The petitioner to file such affidavit.
